communications and government,
led by the Xcis from City Hall, except
when they are resident in Ruwark. Location
of final battle with the Notalians in 316.

Ruscorn

Location of the Xcion
Overlord Academy.

Xanver Naval Base

Home of the Anasiun Fleet, and
protected east and west by Fort Tula
and Fort Boan up on the cliff-tops.
Barracks for the naval officers and
fleet crews when on leave.

Arelard Castle

Location of Xcion Strategic High
Command. Built across the
River Dagon, the Castle protects Anasius from invasion from the South.
